Frequently asked questions

Do I need yoga experience?

No. The retreat is open to beginner and intermediate levels: if it's your first time, I'll guide you step by step; if you already practise, you can go deeper.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

No. Practices and gatherings are guided in English and Spanish, so you feel comfortable wherever you come from.

Where is the retreat and how do I get there?

In Quillabamba, in the Cusco jungle (Peru). You fly to Cusco and we pick you up at your hotel to travel together to Quillabamba; the return transfer is included. When you book, I will send you all the travel details.

Can I combine the retreat with Machu Picchu?

Yes. Quillabamba is close to Cusco and Machu Picchu, so many people add a few days before or after the retreat to visit Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. If you like, I can help you plan it.

Can I come on my own?

Of course. Most people come on their own and leave with new friends: the group is small and we make sure everyone feels in a safe space.

What is the food like?

Three simple, healthy meals a day, with vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. If you have any allergy or need, let me know when you book.

What if I have an injury or a health condition?

Before the retreat I will ask you for a health form to adapt the practice to you. The retreat is a wellbeing space and does not replace medical care: please check with your doctor before travelling if you have any doubts.

How do I book my spot?
